this programme focuses on the following 5 pillars which were compiled from a learning experience with the Institute of Leadership.

you can choose what pillar you wish to focus on whether it's one or five. The programme is delivered in person for groups. typically each pillar will be delivered over 1 day with a final assessment. each pillar allows people to focus on skills, values and behaviours relevant in today's world.
