the consultancy born in 2014, based out of the UK is led by Stuart Cox who has over thirty five years experience working for global and entrepreneurial hospitality/ leisure organisations (Hilton, IHG, Corinthia Hotels, Divan, Dusit Thani, Morgans Hotel Group, Spirit Group, Arik Air & Carnival Cruises) in senior human resources leadership  and operational positions, culminating in Vice President - Human Resources.

Stuart has worked extensively around the Arabian Gulf Countries,  North Africa, Thailand, UK,  United States, The Caribbean and Europe.

 

in his 'younger years' Stuart was interested in studying 'dance' which he did, however whilst studying he worked in his parents hospitality business and he was motivated by both the operational and human resources aspects of the business, from here the rest is history - a career in hospitality followed!

 

Stuart has a real passion for all things related to customer, client, candidate, standards and career development. he is a member of the Institute of Leadership, certified in their 5 leadership dimensions and an accredited coaching professional as well as a  pending Post Graduate in Agile Leadership. Stuart also gained a qualification in Leadership & Management from Austin Peay State University.
