what we do, how we do it

we work globally, although we specialise in europe, middle east and asia sourcing quality talent for global organisations, regional operators and smaller  entrepreneurial groups,  we  source candidates at assistant management level up to exec leadership / decision makers. we work with hospitality and retail clients ( hotels, bars, restaurants, private yachting and private residences) bars, restaurants, yachting, private residences)

we understand how important it is for an organisation no matter the size to have the 'right talent' to fit the company culture and job role, that's why we make it a priority to have a detailed brief on any job role, discussing the person specification and job description.

we attach the same relevance to engaging with candidates who may be asked to complete a screening document. if successful at this stage candidates are invited to meet with us via a video call which allows us to hear more about the candidates experience, aspirations and to answer any questions.

we want to ensure there's a good 'match' for both candidate and client.  candidates whom we shortlist will also complete a competency based video interview which is then attached to the formatted CV for clients to use within the selection process. for senior leadership roles we may also ask candidates to complete an additional assessment (DISC / Personality)

we believe that our bespoke specific selection process adds value for both the client and candidate . we always fully appraise the candidate of the details of the job , salary and benefits attached to the role

we work with our clients to obtain references for candidates who are at the final interview stage
